dropped some parts off at the shop today and got to hangout with this rare beauty. it’s a late 30’s Lagonda. With a unique designed V12 by bentley putting out around 160hp, which is amazing for the time. this one was brought over the pond over a few decades ago by a under water welder for oil rigs with some regular old bentleys. I was told this one was in the possession of the British royal family at one point and the interior is a complete custom job. regardless of who owned it only 190 or so were made in the late 30s and I have no idea how many have survived so it’s a real special piece of automotive history. not bad for a lunch break!
